Discussing this around here lately... If Health Canada wants to reflect food traditions as a way to support healthy eating, why does our tradition of a meat, vegetable, carb & glass of milk not count? Why does importing nuts & avocados matter more to them? #handsoffmyplate

Really impressed by the work of @AgMuseum in Ottawa. With over 200k visitors a year, it does an incredible job connecting agriculture with food & history with the future. As farmers we should be proud of it & as consumers it is a must see destination. https://t.co/kZFq8seOMr
